Our services are open to individuals of all ages. Artists below 18 years of age must register with verified parental or guardian consent, and a guardian must be present during all auditions and shoots.
All information submitted during registration, including age, physical attributes, contact details and photographs, must be accurate and current. Actor Place reserves the right to verify and reject any registration found to contain false or misleading information.
Registration with Actor Place does not guarantee selection for any audition, project or casting call. Final selection decisions rest entirely with the respective production houses, directors and brands.
Basic registration with Actor Place is free of cost. Any premium services, such as enhanced artist card promotion, will be clearly communicated with applicable charges before you opt in. Actor Place never demands payment as a guarantee of a casting role.
By registering, you grant Actor Place a non-exclusive license to use your submitted photographs and portfolio material for the purpose of casting evaluation, directory listing and artist card creation.
Artists are expected to maintain professional conduct during auditions and on production sets, including punctuality, respect for crew members and adherence to project guidelines.
Production houses and brands engaging artists through Actor Place are responsible for ensuring fair treatment, timely payment and safe working conditions in accordance with applicable labour laws.
Actor Place acts as an intermediary connecting artists with casting opportunities. We are not liable for disputes, payment delays or working condition issues arising directly between artists and production houses, though we will assist in good-faith resolution wherever possible.
All content on this website, including the Actor Place name, logo, design and written content, is the property of Actor Place and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Actor Place reserves the right to suspend or terminate any artist's registration in case of misconduct, submission of false information, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
